Surrounded by 4 hectares of unspoilt countryside, with no neighbours opposite, this carefully renovated former family home invites you to enjoy a break filled with peace, comfort and authenticity. Certified for 6 people and sleeping up to 8, the gîte is ideal for holidays with family or friends, a break in the countryside or a spa retreat. Le Jardin d’André, a spacious and comfortable gîte Philippe and Cathy welcome you to this house, which belonged to André, a close friend with a passion for gardening. They have sought to preserve the spirit of the place whilst providing the modern comforts necessary for a successful holiday. On the ground floor, you’ll enjoy: - a large, fully equipped kitchen - a spacious, light-filled living room opening out onto the surrounding countryside - a large double bedroom, - a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, - a separate toilet, Upstairs: - a cosy mezzanine area perfect for relaxing, with an extra bed (sleeps two), - a large family bedroom sleeping up to four people with a double bed and two single beds, - a second separate toilet. Outside, everything is designed to help you make the most of the relaxed Landes lifestyle: - a terrace and garden furniture for al fresco dining and barbecues, - sun loungers and shaded areas under the trees, - play equipment for children, - a table tennis table, table football and a basketball hoop From the property, you can admire the unobstructed view of the rolling landscapes of the Chalosse, and you’ll be charmed by the absolute tranquillity of the surroundings.
